Trying to lose weight the healthy way.

Was very bold today and ate nothing but a small salad (lettuce, chicken, carrots and other veggies) and almost fainted a few times. Still a bit dizzy writing this. Must get food.

Feel great after that run. Could have done more laps but all these people started arriving in cars so I’m pretty sure there’s something going on. I just got out of their way.
